The aim of this paper is to introduce the binomial sequence spaces b0r,s(∇),bcr,s(∇) and b∞r,s(∇) by combining the binomial transformation and difference operator. We prove that these spaces are linearly isomorphic to the spaces c₀, c and ℓ_∞, respectively. Furthermore, we compute the Schauder bases and the α-, β- and γ-duals of these sequence spaces.
