New sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one solution of Neumann type boundary value problems for second order nonlinear differential equations $$left{egin{array}{l} (p(t)phi(x'(t)))'=f(t,x(t),x( au_1(t)),cdots,x( au_m(t))),~~~tin [0,T], x'(0)=0,;;x'(T)=0,end{array}ight.$$ are established.
