In the present paper we introduce the class $ S_{n, r}^{p}~(A, B, alpha )$ consisting of $p$-valent prestarlike functions with negative coefficients defined by Salagean operator. Growth and distortion Theorems are proved in terms of Srivastava-Saigo-Owa fractional integral operator. Class preserving integral operator and radius of convexity for functions belonging to this class is also determined.
